OSHA doesn't approve courses. State licensing varies. We answer this stuff plainly so you can decide if LVL2 BBP fits your shop before you sign in.
OSHA doesn’t "approve" individual courses. Our curriculum is aligned to 29 CFR 1910.1030 training topics for body-art work. State-specific approval (where it exists) appears in each verified jurisdiction pack — not as a blanket claim.
It satisfies the federal training topic requirement. State licensure for body-art workers varies widely. We list active state packs and their citations in the funnel — and we’re honest where you still need a board-specific add-on.
365 days from the issue date. OSHA requires annual retraining for occupationally exposed workers. We email you 30 / 14 / 3 days before expiry.

- OSHA alignment. Our curriculum is aligned to the training topics required by 29 CFR 1910.1030 for body-art workers. OSHA does not "approve" individual courses.
- State approvals. Where a state board approves specific BBP packs, we display that approval inside a verified jurisdiction pack — not as a blanket banner. Check your state.
- Licensure ≠ training. Holding a current BBP certificate does not, by itself, grant a body-art license. Local licensing rules are separate.
- Medical advice. Post-exposure response in this course is a procedural module, not medical advice. Always involve a clinician for any actual exposure.
- Refund policy. 14-day full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued if no certificate has been emitted under your name.
