OSHA doesn’t "approve" individual courses. Our curriculum is aligned to 29 CFR 1910.1030 training topics for body-art work. State-specific approval (where it exists) appears in each verified jurisdiction pack — not as a blanket claim.
It satisfies the federal training topic requirement. State licensure for body-art workers varies widely. We list active state packs and their citations in the funnel — and we’re honest where you still need a board-specific add-on.
365 days from the issue date. OSHA requires annual retraining for occupationally exposed workers. We email you 30 / 14 / 3 days before expiry.
